Harbour Lights Cafe and Restaurant was established in Peel in 1996 in what was originally the harbour masters office and custom house. During the past 19 years our cafe and restaurant has provided local residents and visitors to the Isle of Man with a warm and friendly welcome.
The Sefton Afternoon Tea is the culmination of our experience at other locations across the island.
The chef’s remain faithful to the classic combination of finger sandwiches, warm scones and delicious sweet pastries. They have designed an elegant selection of seasonal sweets that are sure to tantalise all taste buds.
The centrepiece of the Afternoon Tea is, of course the drink itself. Featuring delicious blends from their exclusive tea partner Tea Forte® they compliment the food perfectly.
