The Scarlet Champagne Afternoon Tea is a high tea worth celebrating. A glass of champagne, a table overlooking the Atlantic Ocean – a perfect moment to share with a loved one or friend.

Imagine views of cliff, sea and sky at every moment, light airy spaces designed to connect you to the outdoors. It’s hard to describe the unique atmosphere of the Scarlet. Think of being cared for like you would be in the house of a friend, of many spaces to unwind, from meadow gardens to cliff top hot tubs, an Ayurvedic inspired spa, relaxation lounges, fireside, poolside.
The homemade cakes and pastries are delicate and delicious, from gorgeous macaroons to strawberry cupcakes. The scones are served with their homemade jam and local clotted cream. The sandwiches – made from artisan bread – are made to order. The tea, the only grown in the UK, is from the local Tregothnan estate.
